Ich habe kürzlich eine Halskette mit Anhänger bei Moser Uhren Schmuck gekauft. Da ich eine genaue Vorstellung der Kette - in welchem Material und mit welchem Anhänger sie sein sollte - hatte, dachte ich, es würde lange dauern, etwas genau nach meinen Wünschen zu finden. Doch ich wurde positiv überrascht, denn dank der grossen Auswahl von Moser konnte ich das Produkt bereits am nächsten Tag abholen; was für ein toller Service! Mithilfe der professionellen und sehr zuvorkommenden Beratung verlasse ich das Geschäft als zufriedene Kundin, welche sicherlich nicht zum letzten Mal etwas gekauft hat.

The most worse place to buy your jewellery.. I have gotten 2 days ago a necklace and it’s too small for me,I didn’t like it in general. Wanted to return it back and take money back. They asked 10% of my money and yet they have been so rude. The lady who works there same As the owner. That’s how you respect your customers. If they have t been rude to me I would even consider to change it for something else. Like this I walked out from the store feeling so less worthy and humiliated for our own money. That’s you Moser, we will not enter your shop anymore. And Ofc I wrote this so in case you will have some problem,they will not help you to make you happy and satisfied,but to make profit on you again.
