I usually don’t write reviews, but I felt compelled to share the truly outstanding experience we had at the Omega store at The Circle. From the moment we entered, the atmosphere was welcoming and refined. We were even invited to see the museum and have a drink at their lounge. What truly made our visit exceptional, however, was Sandra. Her knowledge, patience, and sincere enthusiasm made all the difference. She took the time to understand our preferences and guided us with genuine care – never pushy, always attentive. It’s rare to encounter such warm and professional service, and it turned our visit into a memorable occasion. Thank you, Sandra, for making it so special.

The store itself is incredibly neat and inviting, creating a truly pleasant atmosphere. What truly made the experience exceptional, however, was the staff. Every team member was exceptionally courteous, and I particularly want to commend Michelle. Michelle's product knowledge is outstanding. She was able to answer all our questions and, more importantly, recommend a product that was truly a perfect fit – something we definitely won't regret. She treated us with incredible fairness and made us feel like VIPs throughout our visit. I highly recommend this Omega store for anyone looking for a top-tier shopping experience and expert guidance.

I rarely write reviews about stores or shopping experiences, but my recent visit to the Omega Boutique at The Circle at Zurich Airport was so exceptional that I couldn’t resist sharing my delight. Two weeks ago, I visited the store to drop off my Speedy Moonwatch for warranty service. Despite my intention to only come for service, Michelle, the very knowledgeable and friendly store representative, treated me like a VIP customer. While Michelle filled out the paperwork, we engaged in a casual conversation about watches. I inquired about the waiting list for the Speedmaster 321 "Ed White," a dream watch for me and, in my opinion, the pinnacle of Speedmaster craftsmanship. Its rarity stems from its limited production in a dedicated atelier by master watchmakers. To my astonishment, Michelle informed me that they had one in the safe, and she offered me the chance to see it. As I tried on this special watch and examined every detail, Michelle looked me up in their system and confirmed that I bought other OMEGA watches in the past. She went to the store manager, and to my delight, they returned together with the news that if I wanted, I could buy the 321 right there and then. I said yes immediately. I spent a significant portion of my bonus on this incredible watch, and I couldn’t be happier. I feel this watch was a divine gift from above, bestowed upon me by an angel called Michelle. My experience at the OMEGA Boutique at The Circle at Zurich Airport was nothing short of fantastic. I highly recommend visiting this store and checking out their impressive collection of watches.

I walked in looking for a simple watch strap and ended up having a lovely, unexpected experience. The boutique feels like a hidden gallery—beautifully curated with thoughtful details. My husband and I always have a very pleasant time visiting the Omega Circle Boutique. The team is extremely knowledgeable and always takes the time to find the right pieces for the clients, by explaining the story behind the details on the watches. They previously helped us find the perfect wedding watch for my husband. And more recently, Michelle really took the time to help me find the right accessory as a gift to my husband (Omega Belt), and made sure that it would be ready on time. Having visited several Omega boutiques in Switzerland, I can definitely say the Circle is our favorite one.

Ich habe mich noch in keiner so wohl gefühlt wie @ The Circle. Das "Erlebnis" OMEGA wird gelebt. Ich trage sehr gerne und mit Stolz meine spezielle Speedmaster.
