As a Piaget customer (and my family been for generations) I expect a lot better than being held at the door by your security guy. He opened the door, was very unwelcoming, instead of requesting politely that I wait, he wanted to know exactly what I wanted, I said I would like to see a watch and buy a strap, can I come in, he said which one (of course he has no clue, wondering why he is even asking, I thought customers are allowed to go into the shop and look at more than one item, no?). Anyway I told him I would like to buy a rubber strap for my polo skeleton and my wife would like to try the G0A46020. He looked puzzled and said you have to wait here and closed the door. Of course I did not wait and left… you had 2 customers inside, I wonder what Benjamin C. thinks of that

Ich bin mit der festen Überzeugung hin, dass man für meinen mittlerweile zu kleinen Possession-Ring nichts mehr tun kann, so wie ich es zuvor mit meinem Ring bei Bvlgari mitgeteilt wurde. Wir wurden äusserst zuvorkommend und freundlich bedient. Das Personal war sehr kompetent und es wurde eine Lösung gefunden. Vielen Dank für den top Service.

Perfekte freundliche Bedienung, Top Service, Top Store kann ich nur bestens empfehlen. Musste mein Uhrenband verlängern, wurde gleich gemacht bei einem wunderbaren Kaffee. Das ist einfach ein super Service den man heute leider nur noch selten findet.

The collections and inventory at this location are fascinating, and you can sense that all the sales consultants live and breathe Piaget and are delighted to take you on a journey through its history. I had the pleasure of working with Annie Foehn, who went above and beyond to assist me in finding two, really hard to come by Piaget timepieces. The exceptional quality of service and experience she provided was nothing short of extraordinary. A lot of luxury boutiques could learn from Miss Foehn, as her responsiveness, courtesy, customer centricity and dedication to find the appropriate solution for her clients is what truly sets her apart from the competition. She literally moved mountains to globally source two watches (both out of production, but in a factory-new condition) for me, ensured a rapid delivery to the Zürich boutique and made sure that everything was according to my wishes by the time of the handover of the timepieces.
