Residence Inn by Marriott Geneva City Nations

Hotel di nuovissima costruzione, in camera non mancava niente se non una forbice e una bilancia, cose che per noi italiani se bisogna cucinare una pasta sono più che utili. Hotel pulitissimo e tutti super gentili e disponibili, parcheggio sotterraneo privato e super sicuro, il costo un po’ alto ma in linea con i prezzi di Ginevra. Colazione ottima, abbastanza varia e completa. Il verde all’esterno dell’hotel sarebbe da curare un po’ di più perché darebbe un bel tocco di classe in più.

New, fresh, quiet, and friendly. We stayed here 3 nights and explored the city. USE the mass transit; it works beautifully from this location. We never used a ride share even from the airport. The hotel staff is very welcoming and the morning breakfast is the best we've had in a long time. We stay almost exclusively with Marriott chains, and we absolutely loved this place. The room was spacious and well thought out. We liked having a small kitchen to store take away items for late night snacking. We would recommend this hotel if you are willing to travel a bit by bus or tram - we enjoy a quiet location with easy access.

Well placed hotel in quiet and safe district. Hotel is like new, spacious, fully equipped room with kitchen. Good variety on breakfast. Underground parking and good fitness zone.Front office team were very polite and always helpful. No problem with staying in same room with back to back reservations Hotel is quite small but that makes it that fo team get to know you even with short term stays what makes it more like "at home" experience

I stayed here for two weeks. Pros: The cleaning service is phenomenal. Rooms are cleaned very well. The room is nice and comes with multiple USB/USB C ports which I appreciate. The bed is comfortable. The lobby is a nice spot to hang out. Most of the staff I interacted with were great. Cons: The shower is warm but not hot. The water in the sink is hot. Two of the staff members one evening gave me a particularly hard time over asking for 2 detergent pods which is what they typically give you. My only negative experience with the staff which otherwise was great. I wish the air conditioning could have been turned colder. Fine for most people but if you like it really cold there's a limit. There's limited food options near the hotel. If you're going to the UN, I'm not sure if you're better off taking the hike and being isolated rather than staying at IHG or somewhere in the city center.

Glad to be checked-in by Stephan, the Front Office Manager who welcomed us with a warm smile! Check-in process was seamless and Stephan took time to engage and have a chat with us. Very refreshing as it’s not like the other places where this process can be very transactional. ||Room was a very good size and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. Gym next to the Front Desk, Beds were comfortable, everything worked well! There’s also laundry facilities as The Residence Inn caters to long staying guest - this was for a nominal fee of CHF12 i believe. ||There is parking at the basement for CHF30 per night which was exclusive for guests in a caged area. I appreciated this as our rental car was very secure 🙂 ||Breakfast selection was a good variety and we could also help ourselves to hot beverages throughout the day. ||Easy to get into the city with bus stops within short walking distance from the main entrance.||Thank you Stephan for your kindness and hospitality during our stay! Highly appreciated and he is definitely an asset for the team.

The hotel was all we could ask for and more. Everyone on the staff that we interacted with was extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was outstanding, the best complimentary breakfast we've ever had at any hotel (and Manut was incredibly friendly and helpful helping us find our way around the assortment of options). The room was nice, modern, quiet, and comfortable. Definitely 5 stars.

Best option if you are going to Geneva to attend events at the Palace of Nations (UN), WHO, Intercontinental, or other nearby office. It is brand new. Rooms are very large and comfortable. Staff very friendly. They have gluten-free options for breakfast. By the way, delicious breakfast. It is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood.
