Taxi Service Lugano

Ottimo servizio taxi! Li ho contattati per un servizio da Lugano a Porlezza per mio figlio nel mese di Luglio. Mio figlio era in arrivo con un Flixbus e purtroppo la sua linea telefonica non funzionava più superato il confine. Aveva necessità di arrivare in orario per prendere servizio al lavoro e quel tratto stradale è poco servito dai mezzi pubblici. La signora che ha preso in carico la mia chiamata, ha gestito tutto con molta professionalità! È andato tutto bene e sono stata molto contenta!!! 🙂 Super consigliato come servizio taxi!!!

Avoid, evitate...il tassista mi ha detto che mi avrebbe prelevato entro 13 min l'ho aspettato al freddo per 45 minuti provando a richiamarlo e non ha mai risposto. Ho scelto un altro servizio ed in 5 min sono stato prelevato.

Ieri dopo una lunga giornata e la corsa contro il tempo..dopo essere andato a Porlezza privo di ogni mezzo, io e la mia ragazza ci siamo trovati in una città che purtroppo non funziona con un sacco di spesa e nessun servizio efficiente della zona per tornare a Lugano. Per fortuna abbiamo trovato questa agenzia che ci ha mandato subito un operatore da Lugano. Ringrazio di cuore Patrick Mammano, persona più che onesta, simpatica, gentile e trasparente

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Lugano is not big. I tried to explain to the driver that I was out front on my hotel (Gave hotel name), area I was in and he told me to call back when I could give him address and hung up on me. NEVER using this service, neither will anyone from my company we just started here!

Caled for a taxi to fit larger number of suitcases.. Said will send suitable taxi.. but sent two taxis..had to pay double the charge as was getting late. Make sure they are not doing this to you..she should have atleast told me rather than sending 2 taxis

سيارات فخمة مرتبة خدمة جيدة لكن السعر ممكن مبالغ فيه لازم تحط ببالك هالشي ولا زم تعرف خلف محطة القطار فيه تراين ينزلك تحت للمدينة بفرنك وزيادة ..

Die zocken natürlich alles ab was nur geht. Meine Rechnung waren 15€ und er hat ne Abendpauschale von 20€ erfunden. Bedient die Kunden anständig!
