If I could give 0 stars, I’d consider it. I’m standing here at 5am, having booked a taxi two days prior and I get a call to say that unfortunately no one will be able to pick me up - all taxis are suddenly sadly unavailable. Quite annoying as I have a train and a flight to catch. The first time I ordered they were also 10 mins late. Totally unreliable - wouldn’t recommend.

Booked a car for an early morning one evening before through the website. Immediate booking confirmation, and as the ride time was approaching the car could be tracked in their application. The car was on time, the driver was very nice and everything went smoothly. Thank you.

Never arrived. I have booked a taxi from the app the day before, I needed to depart at 4:30am to take a train to the airport. The booking was confirmed, but I called the call center anyway to be sure, and they confirmed. In the morning nobody arrived. After 5 min I called the call center and they said that the driver would call me and he would be there by 15-20 min. I have never received this call. At 4:40 I called an Uber, that fortunately arrived quickly and I made it in time for the train. Very unprofessional.

Strenge experience. I called them and in French asked them if we can speak English. They said no... So I said in French that in that case I would call other taxi company. They said OK, goodbye... I thought that when you can even on website of this company order English speaking driver, you would not met with such answer.

Trajet de 7 minutes depuis les Croisettes jusqu'à Chavannes-Renens: 72 Frs! Soi-disant tarif de nuit! J'ai fait ce trajet de nombreuses fois, je n'avais jamais dépassé les 50Frs, ce qui était déjà bien assez cher! C'est une véritable escroquerie. Plus jamais!
