Fabulous hotel. First, it is centrally located between the train station and the the historic and shopping areas in Geneve ... right next to a bridge. Our room was large for a hotel and had his/her bathrooms. Staff was friendly and helpful. Check in / check out was efficient and flawless.
I stayed at this hotel from 15th–17th June while on a work trip. While the room was comfortable and the staff seemed courteous, a deeply upsetting incident occurred that has left me shocked and disappointed.||||On the morning of my appointment, I left my wallet with cash in my blue suitcase, thinking it would be safe. Regrettably, the cash was stolen. I also discovered that my black Louis Vuitton leather tote bag and YSL Libre perfume had gone missing from my belongings. While I accept that I should have used the safe, one does not expect theft inside a secure hotel environment—especially when you’re checking out that day.||||What was equally troubling was the lack of accountability or support from the hotel management. I was met with vague responses and no meaningful resolution.||||If you value your personal belongings and peace of mind, I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. Trust is fundamental to hospitality, and sadly, this experience has shown me that it cannot be assured here.
Great location, stayed with the hotel on numerous occasions. Tram, bus, shops, cafes, restaurants all within a few minutes walk. Rooms are well appointed and wonderful friendly staffs.
The staff is very nice and the all thing was a good experience.Good deal for the price. The bathroom floor should be cleaner.Also people are hanging around late close to the Starbuck even when it is closed. They speak loudly and play music/
Amazing hotel in the heart of Geneva, along the like. Exceptionally friendly staff. Beautiful rooms with a bit of funk. Very comfortable! We had a lake view!
For the price relative to others in Geneva, I got very helpful staff, and a fantastic view out the window with a full bathtub (rare in hotels nowadays). Better than many 5 star establishments I have stayed at.
The location of the hotel is absolutely superb. Was greeted with friendly staff and a comfy hotel room overlooking the lake.
