The most wonderful experience. The team are so wonderful. Charlene is an absolute angel. I managed to get injured on a hike (as I always. do) and she got me to the doctor, picked me up and kept checking in. |The whole team was wonderful, a special thanks to Fabio and Robert in the restaurant for the friendliness and chats.|Make sure you do the squirrel walk, the lovely gent on the front desk (name forgotten sorry) can show you the way.|Can’t wait to go back.

Outstanding service and genuine hospitality made my stay at the Tschuggen Grand Hotel Arosa truly memorable. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and the staff went above and beyond throughout the weekend. The setting is stunning, the spa relaxing, and the atmosphere warm yet refined. It was a challenging drive up Arosa w supposedly 300 turns to reach this iconic Swiss hotel… once you are here, you wouldn’t want to leave. Impeccable service, top quality breakfast, holistic free yoga classes, heavenly spa and a super cool private lift to go up the mountain! We will be back. Best place to escape to when it is 30+ boiling down below in the cities.

I visited the grand hotel in Atosa during July, so it was Summer. As weather in the mountains can be unpredictable, I would suggest bringing a rain jacket, and a fleece or jumper, just in case. The food at the restaurant is excellent and the service is very good. Breakfast have an amazing buffet, and also an à la carte selection. I had dinner once in the restaurant, and can attest to the beautiful design of the Bar area and the restaurant. The rooms are exceptionally clean, the room attendants are wonderful and will come to your room at least twice a day and both clean and tidy your room. The view of the mountain is amazing. They have their own Private gondola which runs all day and comes on demand when you want, just swipe your card. Your digital card gives you access to other lifts on the mountain as well as discounts in various spots in town. The Spa is absolutely exceptional and I would highly recommend that. I enjoyed the dream butler experience and which includes a massage followed by a specially prepared meal. I have posted the menu and the courses which you are able to enjoy in your room after the massage. The staff there are incredible and Julia does a beautiful job managing the spa. I utilised the outdoor butler experience and had a meditation session. I attended the sauna sound and aromatherapy infusion, and it is a must if you are staying there! The spa also has the steam, sauna, treatments and pool area. There is an ice bath, multiple pools and an outdoor pool as well. With magnificent views.

We love love love the Tschuggen! This was our second stay. We returned after two years of getting engaged in Arosa. Truly stunning location, beautifully, well maintained grounds. Great cuisine and we absolutely love the staff. From the thoughtful touches like the complimentary snacks in the room (chocolate covered almonds are divine), to all the smiling faces we see as we roam about the hotel, we always feel right at home. The south facing view is something we dream of and brings so much peace to our time there. Accessibility to the town, great hiking all around. We look forward to coming back in the years to come! Simona was wonderful with checking us in, Ennvio gave us great advice on visiting Schwellisee Lake, Zoltan took great care of us each evening at the bar/salon area, Iza provided such a seamless dining experience and Leitza was lovely during check out. They are always happy to help and do their absolute best to accommodate our wishes. We appreciate all of the hard work into making our experience perfect! The housekeeping, spa, breakfast buffet - all immaculate! Thank you to our friends at the Tschuggen! We will be back!

It was our first time in the Tschuggen Hotel. This was by far our best ski hotel we ever visited. Breakfast was top, Restaurant " La Brezza" was outstanding, but also the the Grand Restaurant was a very good experience. The spa accomodation, the private ski lift, the swimming pool, the staff in the hotel..... 5 stars worth on every level. Many thanks for your hospitality. After our wonderful stay in Arosa we have decided to visit also your hotel Eden Roc in Ascona this summer.
