I visited Geneva last month for three nights....Happy with my hotel choice...Front desk and the rest of staff very polite and friendly. Double room, not big with a comfortable bed and view on the main street. Disadvantage the fact that one cannot open the window and get some fresh air in the room. The location of the hotel is central, close to all mass transportation means. 7' from the airport by train, buses arriving on time and free ticket for all transportation means during my stay, thanks to the hotel. Excellent breakfast. Walking distance from nice little restaurants in the neighbourhood. Next time I will try the terrace rooms....||Επισκέφθηκα τη Γενεύη για τρείς νύχτες τον προηγούμενο μήνα. Είμαι ευχαριστημένη με την επιλογή του ξενοδοχείου. Το προσωπικό της ρεσεψιόν αλλά και όλοι οι υπόλοιποι πολύ ευγενικοί και φιλικοί. Το δωμάτιο όχι ιδιαίτερα μεγάλο, αλλά με πολύ αναπαυτικό κρεβάτι και θέα στο κεντρικό δρόμο. Το μόνο μειονέκτημα ήταν ότι τα παράθυρα δεν άνοιγαν κι έτσι δεν μπορούσε να μπεί καθαρός αέρας στο δωμάτιο. Η τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου κεντρική, πολύ κοντά στα μέσα μαζικής μεταφοράς. 7 λεπτά από το αεροδρόμιο με το τραίνο, τα λεωφορεία στην ώρα τους και εισιτήρια ελεύθερων διαδρομών για όλα τα μέσα καθ' όλην τη διάρκεια της διαμονής, προσφορά του ξενοδοχείου. Eξαιρετικό πρωινό. Απόσταση βόλτας στα μικρά όμορφα εστιατόρια της γειτονιάς. Την επόμενη φορά θα δοκιμάσω τα δωμάτια με βεράντα...

Το ξενοδοχείο δεν έχει θέρμανση!!! Αλλάξαμε δυο δωμάτια γιατί έχουμε βρέφος 8 μηνων! Σε κανένα από τα δυο δεν λειτουργεί!!! Απαράδεκτο!!! Να πληρώνεις τόσα χρήματα τη βραδιά και να μην έχει το ξενοδοχείο θέρμανση!!!!!

Ωραίο ξενοδοχείο. Φιλικό προσωπικό. Είναι σε κεντρικό σημείο. Το κέντρο ήταν 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια. Η διαμονή μας εκεί ήταν ευχάριστη.

Fotos dos quartos na internet não condizem com a realidade. O hotel faz propaganda enganosa. Divulgam algo que nao entregam Tive uma péssima experiência no hotel. Paguei por um quarto especifico e me colocaram num quarto pior. Pedi para me mudarem de quarto e disseram que nao seria possivel. Pedi para me reembolsarem a quantia que paguei a mais e tambem ficaram me enrolando. Disseram para eu falar com o gerente, porem ele nao esta no hotel e nao responde os emails. Acabei ficando com um quarto inferior ao que eu paguei e ainda não consegui o reembolso. Os funcionários aqui sao pessimos tambem, nao sabem tratar bem os hospedes e alem disso sao um pouco arrogantes. A recepcionista Melika foi quem me atendeu, e eu fiquei extremamente incomodado com o jeito dela. Na primeira noite ela prometeu que me trocaria de quarto no dia seguinte e mesmo assim disse que nao seria mais possivel quando tentei no proximo dia.

I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The room itself was clean, but the furniture was quite old. Taking a shower was uncomfortable, as the setup included a bathtub with only a small glass partition – water ended up all over the bathroom floor. It was also very noisy during the night, which made it hard to sleep. For the price we paid (180 CHF per night), breakfast was not included. When I mentioned at reception that this seemed unreasonable, the receptionist responded sarcastically, saying we didn’t pay that much and should "be happy" – definitely not the kind of customer service you’d expect. The hotel also advertised parking, but this was misleading. They don’t actually have their own parking; instead, you have to use a nearby option that costs 28 CHF per day, which quickly adds up. Overall, we will not return. Geneva has plenty of nicer hotels with far better service for the same or even lower price.

Geneva in June is lovely! First time staying at this hotel. Suggested by the family member that was with me, who had stayed here a few times. The room was comfortable - great beds and nicely appointed. Bathroom had everything you needed - fluffy towels, great products (no small bottles and I appreciate the environmentally friendly aspect), hairdryer (you have to grip the handle firmly and this triggers the hairdryer to come on). There was also an iron, ironing board, safe, mini fridge and TV with quite a few English channels. The room rate we booked came with daily breakfast, access to a gym on the same block as the hotel as well as a transit pass (good for the local public transport). This hotel is in an amazing location. Right across the street from the main station in the city. You can take trains, busses and trams just about anywhere. The station has just about everything you need - food, drinks, chocolate, pharmacy etc. The service was excellent from the reception to the restaurant.
