Greatest option to explore Zurich and see some of the museums. Very convenient, no need to prepurchase any tickets, just show up and you are in, even if they require reservations and are sold out. The included museums are quite worth it, just start your day early so you can visit and enjoy more.
The city pass is worth it for the boat ride alone. The monorail covered by the pass can take you to some hiking locations with some great views as well.
The city pass is great and convenient but BE CAREFUL. The trains apparently have first and second class seats (this might be a no brainer for people who travel train frequently, but I was unaware). The pass is only good for second class. Also first class is marked by a "1" on the seat. If you unknowingly sit in first class they will tell you that you should have looked into their transportation better and WILL NOT give you the opportunity to move seats. They will then charge you 75 Swiss franks. They were very rude about the whole situation so just be aware and try to avoid it.
Best option to have a nice trip in Zurich for 3 days. Access to many things all around like museums, cruise, trains etc
High class service, all the staff are very fluent in English. Buy the travel pass will make the travel easier.
Great as a tourist, just get the digital card on your phone. Takes the worry out of using transport in Zurich.
