Bellissima struttura ottimamente mantenuta con una vista ed una posizione magnifiche, camere pulite e ordinate, bar e ristorante con ottimi menù. Tuttavia nulla può competere con la preparazione, la cortesia, la gentilezza, la disponibilità e la professionalità dello staff che si è speso in ogni modo per rendere il nostro soggiorno il più confortevole possibile. Il personale è il patrimonio di maggior valore dell'intera struttura e vogliamo sperare che riescano a mantenerlo su questo livello.

Such a great experience across so many aspects: * Views: Fantastic views of Lake Lucerne. * Rooms: The deluxe rooms were spacious, had super comfortable beds (bonus: the ability to order all kinds of unique pillows), and impressed with lovely tile work in the bathrooms with very high end fixtures * Location: Take the private funicular from the elevated hotel down to the lake level, cross the road, and stroll along the lakeside path to old town Luzern Other items worth noting: - I can’t comment on the quality of the service as we had relatively little interaction - the hotel is quite vertical - the parking is across the street (not in the same building as the hotel) - we didn’t try the food at the hotel other than breakfast one morning, which was excellent

Wir waren hier mit Freunden und haben das Wochenende sehr genossen. Das Zimmer war sehr grosszügig, alles tiptop sauber und der Blick auf Luzern wunderbar. Das Frühstück ist toll, besondern wird es aber durch den wunderbaren Blick auf den See und or allem durch das unglaublich nette und aufmerksame Personal. Dieses Mal haben wir auch Zeit im Beach Club verbracht. Sehr empfehlenswert! Aufmerksamer und netter Service und tolles Ambiente.

Beautiful hotel with great access to street level with a funicular and free access to the Badi across the street. That was an unexpected perk. The rooms were a little warm but otherwise nice especuially wirh the lake view. We would stay here again, especially being out of the hustle and bustle in town.

We had the best stay! From the service, the food & drinks, but most importantly the VIEW - it was all fantastic! The Beach Club had incredible views of Lake Lucerne with the most delicious cocktails. But what really won us over was the breakfast, it was worth every penny - enjoying the most incredible food with the amazing view is something we will never forget. Highly, highly recommend!

Un seul regret : cet hôtel mérite cinq étoiles ! La chambre est splendide, l’accueil parfait, et le service des plus agréables. Le personnel est charmant, le restaurant est superbe, et le beach bar est à la même hauteur. Très bien situé, avec un accès au lac par un petit funiculaire. Je le recommande sans aucune hésitation !

Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden und würden das Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen.||Die Lage ist hervorragend, das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch wenn wir dieses Mal weder gefrühstückt noch im Restaurant Scala gegessen haben – beides kennen wir bereits aus früheren Aufenthalten und wissen: es ist immer ausgezeichnet.
