Hotel Opera

Das Hotel Opera in Zürich überzeugt mit einem gepflegten Ambiente, hervorragender Hygiene und einem ausgezeichneten Frühstück. Leider gab es nur ein hartes, relativ dickes Kissen, was meinen Schlafkomfort beeinträchtigt hat. Auch ein Parkplatz wurde uns nicht angeboten, sodass wir das Auto in der Stadt abstellen mussten – ein eher negativer Punkt. Bei einem Preis von 665 Franken pro Nacht für ein normales Doppelzimmer empfinde ich das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis als etwas zu hoch.

Nice location. Nice rooms. However, our room was not done when we arrived at 3pm after leaving at 10:30am... Had to ask for the cleaning and towels change ourselves. Had to wait in the lobby, and when complaining about this, the staff just justify themselves, not even an apology or offering a coffee. Not nice when you book one room for the weekend. Very disappointing.

I had an exceptional stay, and I owe a huge part of that to an incredible staff at this hotel. Es un hotel ubicado perfectamente para visitar la ciudad y atender cualquier reunión de negocios en la ciudad. Las habitaciones son limpias. La zona es muy tranquila y rodeado de edificios maravillosos, como el edificio de la Opera a escasos 100 metros. El desayuno es justo, no hay múltiples opciones pero encuentras todo lo necesario, así que no desmerece la relación calidad precio. 100% aconsejable.

Great location. Staff was helpful, accommodating, knowledgeable about the area, friendly and outgoing. The property is comfortable and clean. We enjoyed our stay, would stay again and recommend to others.

تجربة سلبية أخرى!! السعر مبالغ فيه بشكل كبير الفندق يتكون من ٢٠ غرفة فقط . . والتنظيف غير متاح إلا عند الإلحاح. والغرف قديمة جداً و سيئة . . كأنها تعود لعصر السبعينات الميلادية!! والسرير و المخدات تسبب التشنج بمجرد الاستلقاء!! والمصعد لا يكفي إلا لشخص فقط لا غير بلا أكياس أو حقائب ولا يمكن إدخال عربة الطفل للمصعد. و الموقع بعيد عن شارع السوق الرئيسي في حال كانت الأجواء ممطره . . لذا لا أنصح به إطلاقاً إطلاقاً.

On 28th March 2925, I made a booking at Hotel Opera Zurich via booking.com, a platform we have used many times. When we checked in we found the room we had booked was too small for a couple and did not resemble the image on booking.com. We contacted Hotel Reception ( Alex & Anna). They explained that recently guests booking via booking.com had the same experience and very professionally, moved us to a room which met our expectations, at no additional cost. Their professionalism was superb and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this charming hotel where every effort is made to make guests feel welcome and comfortable.
