Sorell Hotel Zürichberg

Ansprechende Lokalität für Sitzungen und Veranstaltungen mit nettem und zuvorkommenden Personal. Im Restaurant gibt es eine grosse Auswahl an Speisen, auch ohne Fleisch. (Im Hotel habe ich nicht übernachtet.) Einziger Kritikpunkt: Als Nicht-Hotel-Gast zahlte ich die vollen Parkgebühren von etwas mehr als vier Franken pro Stunde in der Tiefgarage. Bei meinem Besuch war am Parkscheinautomat dafür nicht einmal eine Quittung erhältlich und der Abbruch der Zahlung ohne erhältliche Quittung funktionierte nicht.

Dogs are welcome throughout the hotel. 4. Really clean and nice room that is well maintained. 5. Fantastic breakfast - great selection. There is a lovely view, the hotel is within walking distance to the Zoo and streetcar. We arrived at the hotel early, and were allowed to check in at 11 am! The only down side is their air conditioning in the rooms, it is a bit of a joke that has a hard time keeping the room cool. ❄️

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Tiefgarage gleicht einem Zylinder. Die Plätze sind breit und sicher. Der Blick auf Zürich und den See begeistert aus dem Zimmer (im Anbau), dem Frühstücksraum, der stilvollen Bar oder bei gutem Wetter von der schönen und gepflegten Terrasse. Die Mitarbeiter waren überall freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir hatten mit vor der Ankunft eintreffenden Briefpost einen Sonderwunsch, der tiptop bedient wurde. Das Frühstück bot für jeden etwas. Wir werden gern wiederkommen.

I had an absolutely incredible stay! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and comfortable. Everyone I encountered was not only professional, but also genuinely kind and attentive. The level of service was exceptional — you can tell the team truly takes pride in creating a great guest experience. The room was spotless, the amenities were top-notch, and every detail felt thoughtfully taken care of. I can’t recommend this hotel enough and will definitely be back! Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so memorable.

Man sitzt wunderschön, mit Blick auf den Zürichsee. Ich habe ein Eis gegessen, sehr empfehlenswert! Der Service ist schnell, aufmerksam und kompetent. Die Figuren vor dem Hotel auf der Wiese sind sehr interessant. Es gibt noch versteckt einen Kräutergarten.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt, wir kommen definitiv wieder! Ich war mit meinem Mann für eine Nacht im Sorell Hotel Zürichberg und wir waren rundum begeistert. Die Aussicht ist einfach unbeschreiblich schön, ein echtes Highlight! Das gesamte Personal war super freundlich, herzlich und sympathisch, man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Unser Zimmer war makellos sauber und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Ein weiteres Plus: der kostenlose Parkplatz direkt vor Ort, wirklich praktisch. Auch das Frühstück war in Ordnung und hat uns einen guten Start in den Tag ermöglicht. Die Lage ist ebenfalls top, in etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß ist man an den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und somit schnell in der Stadt. Wir wissen jetzt schon, wo unser nächster Aufenthalt in Zürich sein wird, ganz klar wieder hier! Vielen Dank an das ganze Team für die tolle Zeit♥️

I have reserved 2 rooms for my family in the period between 27 July till 30 July. I packed my luggage ready to travel. My dad had a sudden critical condition sleeping for 3 days In hospital . I asked for putting off the res. They didn’t cooperate with a humanitarian emergency health condition. They treated me badly although I am supported with a medical report. I asked them to charge me the first night only, but they refused as well. 2000 dollars went in vein!! I don’t recommend this hotel to any visitor. A staff that doesn’t empathize with a health condition that’s sudden and out of hands and still charge their customers doesn’t deserve any penny. I’m deeply disappointed with how they dealt with their customers. I will endorse the medical report for you, I strictly don’t recommend this horrible hotel. People might have emergencies or health conditions out of their control…I wanted to stay in this hotel again, but I was surprised with their inhumane attitude. Remember, I didn’t ask for refund, I just asked for shift!
