Ένα καλό ξενοδοχείο... μπορεί να μην σε κερδίζει με την εξωτερική του εμφάνιση ή με την λίγο παλαιά ρεσεψιόν, δεν μπορείς να παραλήψεις το γεγονός της τοποθεσίας του. Κεντρικό, σε πολύ καλή απόσταση από τα περισσότερα αξιοθέατα της πόλης, αλλά και του σιδηροδρομικού σταθμού, ακόμα και περπατώντας. Πολύ καλή και ευγενική εξυπηρέτηση από το προσωπικό. Γενικά, καθαροί οι χώροι και τα δωμάτια. Αν και είχα μονόκλινο, το οποίο ήταν και σχετικά στενάχωρο, ήταν σε γενικό βαθμό καλό. Το κρεβάτι άνετο. Καλή ηχομόνωση για έναν ήρεμο ύπνο. Παρόλα αυτά, μια ανακαίνηση, σίγουρα θα άλλαζε ακόμα προς το καλύτερο την γενική αίσθηση.

Πολυ ωραιο ξενοδοχειο ,φιλικο προσωπικο τελειοι ιδιοκτητες . Περασαμε παρα πολυ ωραια τα φαγητα ηταν φανταστικα .Οταν ξαναπαμε στην Λουκερνη σιγουρα θα το προτιμησουμε .το μονο μειον οπως και σε ολη την Λουκερνη ειναι το parking .

A good stay. Well located to walk to most things, including train. Reception staff very helpful and professional. Restaurant staff lady seemed like she did not want to be there. Breakfast was good. A nice touch - Reception staff had jug of cold lemon tea on counter for guests - thank you

这间酒店的服务态度实在是太差，尤其是停车场，他们自己酒店旁边的停车位有限，然后就会哄骗你预订旁边商场的车位，30瑞郎一晚的价格但是确是单次进出，如果你进入停车场当天又出来之后，那就还要再次付30瑞郎，并且在购买的时候他们并没有清楚的告知我这个规则，当我再次进入停车场出来的时候，他们还要我再次付钱，而当我和他们理论的时候，他们却不承认，一口咬定之前和我说过了，真是给瑞士人丢脸，大家之后住他们酒店一定要小心上当受骗！他们的酒店设施也比较陈旧，如果有别的选择，还是尽量避免这家酒店！差评！差评！差评！

Hotel Luzernerhof in Lucerne is decently functional and well located, especially for travelers prioritizing proximity. The building looks tired from the outside and the reception could use an uplift, but the rooms are clean, albeit small, with modest bathrooms that are also spotless.||The location is excellent: steps from tram and bus stations, a short walk to the Gübelin Museum, Kapellbrücke, and just two tram stops from Lucerne’s Bahnhof and the boat pier.||The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful, offering smooth check-in and good guidance.||That said, there were two significant downsides:||1. Airflow & Ventilation: The AC unit seemed more decorative than functional. Its air shaft was tiny, and in a compact room with two people, it felt stifling. The only relief came from opening the window—but that invited in a fair share of street noise. If you're used to city living, the noise might be tolerable; otherwise, it can be disruptive, especially in warmer months.||2. Breakfast Experience: The buffet was sparse, with very few vegetarian or non-meat options. The only fruit available—watermelon—ran out by 9:20 AM, a full 40 minutes before breakfast closed. When we asked, the staff were surprisingly curt and made no attempt to offer an alternative or solution. It felt dismissive and unprofessional, out of step with the otherwise kind service.||Despite these hiccups, it’s a doable stay if your priorities are central access and a clean place to crash. Just manage your expectations around comfort and courtesy during breakfast.

The front desk staff varied in professionalism, and there was clearly no communication between shifts. The bathroom sink was also prone to clogging. We encountered two main issues: 1. We paid the city tax during early check-in, but when we returned in the afternoon to get our keys, another staff member tried to charge us again. Luckily, I had the credit card receipt—this could be very problematic for guests who pay in cash. 2. Our sink stopper got stuck after normal use. We reported it to the evening staff, who said housekeeping would fix it. The next morning, the day staff had no idea about it. No one came to fix the sink during our three-night stay, and we received no updates. It made using the bathroom very inconvenient. Some front desk staff are still very helpful and friendly.
