Good morning, we stayed at your hotel the night of July 12th to 13th.|I'd like to remind you that you're a 4-star boutique hotel that charges over CHF 450 for a room, and I'd like to point out that the last thing a guest takes with them when they leave the hotel is breakfast.|It was a disaster. Despite having warned you of my allergies, and despite your confirmation that there was no problem, you apparently failed to communicate with the breakfast service. As soon as we arrived, we presented the list to the tall woman with long hair and light eyes, and she immediately became rude and unsympathetic, saying she didn't know anything and that they didn't have many products for me. The entire team panicked. My husband had to raise his voice and point out that the hotel management had given us the okay for our stay and breakfast at the hotel. Furthermore, my husband was scolded like a child because, while helping himself to the bacon, he accidentally took a slice of toast that was apparently used as a non-stick base for the bacon. We absolutely cannot accept being treated like children at a daycare center. We paid more than 450 CHF for a single night, and the breakfast service was unacceptable. Also unacceptable was the lack of communication between you.|I had to settle for some separately cooked bacon, poor-quality tomatoes, and a portion of subpar cheese, along with a bit of gluten-free bread that they luckily prepared separately. You could have arranged to order gluten-free sausages and some gluten- and egg-free biscuits or desserts. There are dozens of eggs- and gluten-free desserts. You just need the sensitivity and willingness to deliver on the customer's promises and expectations.|Another suggestion: the reception; They're kind enough, but when we asked for the bus number to the Hallestadion concert, they told us they didn't know and that we should go to the nearest bus stop and ask. Unacceptable. We ended up taking an Uber.|We're waiting for a response from your director or Facebook manager, and a commercial gesture would be appreciated.

We stayed here for 2 nights whilst visiting zurich switzerland. |This hotel is really convenient, close to the train station (6 minute walk), Aldi is next door and right off the shopping streets. |The rooms were larger than they looked onlined and had everything you need; Yoga mat, Nespresso machine and lovely ritual products! |They even had a birthday card and tiramusi waiting for us when we arrived! |The reception staff were also very helpful! We'd definitely stay here again!

We loved this hotel. We booked a grand double deluxe room which had a seperate small living area to the bedroom, a full bathroom with seperate bathtub and big outdoor terrace. From check in to check out nothing was too much trouble and the breakfast was one of the best ones we had on our whole stay. It was a 10 minute walk to the train station and right next to the shopping street. A great stay at this hotel.

Gym and spa is very nice. Room is nicely designed and clean. Provided free glass of water in room. Love it! Using Ritals shower gel. They helped us to put the luggage to room. For breakfast, there is an egg station for Omelette!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet hôtel, que nous ne pouvons que recommander. Le restaurant situé dans la cour intérieure est particulièrement charmant et propose une cuisine excellente.||||Le personnel s’est montré très attentif et accueillant tout au long de notre séjour. Nous tenons à souligner tout spécialement l’accueil à la réception : une jeune femme, identifiée uniquement comme " Trainee ", nous a reçus avec une grande chaleur. Grâce à elle, nous nous sommes sentis immédiatement les bienvenus.||||Merci pour ce beau séjour – nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

We spent four nights here. We had two large rooms with kitchenette and also another room without kitchenette. The rooms were quite spacious with lots of sitting space. The bathrooms too were fantastic, but the shower unfortunately does not have a door so all the water can spray out all over the bathroom floor if anyone showers which was cumbersome. We had to place towels on the ground to make sure the floors weren’t sopping wet. The one feedback I have is that I noticed that floors were not properly cleaned. They were a bit dirty so i had to be careful. When we placed a towel on the bathroom floor given the wet bathrooms after showering, you can see the towel get visibly dirty which I presume is because they didn’t clean the floors thoroughly. The bathrooms had rituals soap and shampoo which is a European brand and smelled fantastic. I loved that aspect of it. The rooms also had USB c without need for adaptor which was also a perk. The location was perfect, accessible to train station Zürich HB and all the shopping places including main tourist spots. Given this, I will definitely consider coming back to stay at this hotel in the future.
