Hotel St. Gotthard

Ήσυχο , νέο ανακαινισμένο ξενοδοχείο δίπλα στον σταθμό των τρένων, στο κέντρο της πόλης. Εστιατόριο εντός, ελβετική και διεθνή κουζίνα, φρέσκα θαλασσινά. Δοκιμάσαμε νόστιμες σούπες , μοναδικές σαλάτες.

Εξαιρετικο ξενοδοχείο, πολύ καλό service , φιλικό περιβάλλον, πολύ καθαρό. Στην τιμή δωματιου που δεν ήταν χαμηλή, έπρεπε να συμπεριλαμβάνεται το πρωινό που διαφορετικά χρεώνεται πολύ υψηλά. Κατά τα αλλά πολύ αξιοπρεπές! Συστήνεται ανεπιφύλακτα.

An unforgettable experience! I recently stayed at this hotel and honestly, everything exceeded my expectations. The rooms were absolutely spotless — you could tell cleanliness is a top priority here. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with anything we needed, making us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. What really stood out to me was the overall atmosphere — calm, professional, and genuinely relaxing. Everything felt seamless, almost effortless. I’ve already recommended this place to my entire circle of friends and family, and I’ll definitely be coming back myself. If you're looking for a stay where everything just works and you're treated with care and respect, this is the place!!!

What truly stood out during my stay at this hotel was the outstanding service from all the staff, especially at the reception. The front desk team were extremely helpful, polite, and welcoming — greeting me with warm smiles and assisting me professionally from check-in to check-out. Other staff members, including housekeeping and room service, were also courteous and attentive, always making sure guests were comfortable. I genuinely felt like a valued guest. The service was efficient and thoughtful, and my stay was memorable thanks to this exceptional team. I look forward to returning because of the high level of hospitality.

Everything about this hotel is great, except that the air conditioner in most rooms of the hotel did not work properly during our 4-night stay in August. As I'm typing this, the temperature in the room is over 80F (27C) with the air conditioner on Max cooling. The staff keeps assuring me that the problem is getting fixed but nothing has improved since we arrived. As such I rate this experience at Hotel St. Gotthard as adequate. One bright spot is the concierge who is very helpful with information on local attractions. If the air conditioning situation was resolved my rating would be five stars.

We booked the Junior Suite- The location and the staff were both great. We were very disappointed that the air conditioning system was not working in the property. We were told that there were technicians on site working to fix it and they hoped to have it fixed very soon. It was never fixed and they had no fans available for us to use. It was very uncomfortable to sleep for our family- thankfully it was only 1 night. The staff assured us that management would be in touch to adjust the room rate in consideration, but it never happened
