Voltando no tempo, hotel muito charmoso que faz parte da historia da cidade de Lucerna com mais de 500 anos, inclusive encontramos partes do hotel que estão atualmente no Museggtürme.|Quarto com decoração antiga e muito bem conservada, atualizada na medida certa, diversas mobílias historicas, linda vista para o centro histórico da cidade, localização incrível! |Amenities superiores, rouparia sofisticada com disponibilidade de roupão. Frigobar abastecido, sempre deixavam garraga de água como cortesia na mesa. Como estava no verão, foi adaptado um ar condicionado portátil na sala.|Funcionários bastante solicitados, sempre a disposição para auxiliar.|A agua quente no banho ficou indisponível em diversos momentos, durante a hospedagem apenas um dia tomamos banho com água oscilando entre morna e fria. |Wi-fi não funcionou tão bem no quarto.

Für einen Kurztrip wurde mir dieses Hotel vom Reiseanbieter empfohlen und gebucht. Für eine Nacht reicht es ja, dachte ich - doch leider war diese eine Nacht zu schnell vorbei. Ein so schönes, stielvolles und gemütliches Hotel. Die Zimmer individuell und lieblich eingerichtet - alles da was man braucht. Das Bett sehr bequem. Eine Entdeckungstour durch das Hotel ist ein Erlebnis, man entdeckt immer wieder neues, die Böden knarren und man spürt die ehrwürdige Geschichte in diesem Haus. Unbedingt im Hotel essen, die Küche ist sehr empfehlenswert - ich habe in der Burgerstube ein gegrillter Schweinebauch genossen - serviert mit einem warmen Kartoffelbrot mit Sauerrahm und Bratenjus. Alleine das ist ein Grund, bald wieder zu kommen. Nach einer sehr ruhigen Nacht liess auch das Frühstück keine Wünsche offen. Herzlichen Dank für alles - ihre Gastfreundschaft und die Freundlichkeit wird in Erinnerung bleiben. Weiterhin alles Gute und viel Erfolg. Bis bald ...

Hotel encantador com mais de 500 anos, parte importante da história de Lucerna — inclusive com elementos do hotel utilizados no Museggtürme. O quarto tem decoração clássica, muito bem conservada e atualizada com bom gosto, incluindo mobílias históricas e uma vista belíssima para o centro antigo da cidade. A localização é excepcional! Os amenities são de alto padrão, com rouparia sofisticada e roupões disponíveis. Frigobar abastecido e cortesia diária de água na mesa. No verão, foi disponibilizado um ar-condicionado portátil na sala. Funcionários sempre solícitos e prontos para ajudar. No entanto, houve falhas na água quente durante a estadia, sendo possível tomar banho com água morna apenas em um dos dias. O Wi-Fi também apresentou instabilidade no quarto.

The Walden Mann was my favorite hotel. The staff was remarkable. We were able to move into our rooms right away. The Wilden Mann was centrally located. Everything was close so we could walk everywhere. The breakfasts were superb. We hope to return one day. It was a good start to our vacation Thank you so much.

Wir hatten ein wunderschönes und sehr köstliches Abendessen im Wilden Mann. Dieses wurde durch den hervorragenden Service von Herrn Winter abgerundet - immer aufmerksam und sehr freundlich. Die Weinempfehlung hat ebenfalls sehr gut gepasst. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

It is a very nice hotel in an excellent location - minutes walk to everywhere. Everything is convenient. I have to commend the hotel for being very helpful when my son got sick - they got us to an Urgent Care. Just excellent customer service. Breakfast was excellent - good selection of food choices (and great coffee).

A wonderful hotel in a wonderful city. The Wilden Mann combines character and quirkiness with comfort and is so relaxing. Its location is ideal, close to pretty much everything, the lake included, and the food is very good. The breakfasts (included) are enjoyable with a comprehensive buffet and really good coffee and the dinners generally excellent. I had two brilliant evening meals but ended up third time unlucky when they initially forgot my order and then served a slightly undercooked meal. In mitigation it was an extremely busy Friday night in high summer and they did give me a couple of free drinks as recompense.|With antiques almost everywhere and some interesting art, its a lovely hotel to spend time in - free tea and coffee is available round the clock in an upstairs lounge area - but the rooms are also practical with plenty of hanging space for clothes, decent bathroom products and a sort of cross between a fan an an air conditioning unit to, very effectively, counter the July heatwave. The daily carafe of water in the room was very welcome. |There is one lift, which worked well but, if you need/want to avoid stairs - and there quite a few - it is probably worth booking a room on a lower floor. |The staff were uniformly friendly, and very helpful with directions/ booking tourist attractions etc. |Like Lucerne itself, The Wilden Mann proved a real highlight of my work trip around Switzerland. Highly recommended
