Δεν άξιζε τα χρήματα που έδωσα. Το δωμάτιο δεν ήταν σε καλή κατάσταση. Η οροφή του δωματίου ήταν ραγισμένη.Για εμένα αυτό το ξενοδοχείο δεν ειναι ξενοδοχείο 5 αστέρων.

Me and my wife had book this hotel for our honeymoon trip. Even only stayed two nights but we really had amazing stay in the hotel. They even upgrade our room to a bigger room. They had decorated the bed with some roses, tower swan and give us a big plate of fruit with some chocolate to enjoy. To someone who plan to stay, you will enjoy it for sure! Cheers..

I recently stayed at this hotel and absolutely loved my experience! The hospitality and service were incredible from start to finish. Two staff members in particular really stood out — Ivan and Xcalily (sorry I don’t know how to spell her name, but it starts with an "X"). They were both so welcoming, friendly, and always went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable. The rooms were massive and made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting!

The stay at Hotel Alden Splügenschloss was just amazing! They upgraded us to an even bigger suite, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The check-in and -out was easy, and accomodated by a refreshing drink. The room was super clean, and very large! I can only recommend this hotel! Definitely one of the best experiences I have ever had!

Very nice hotel , big suite apartments, clean. the location is perfect, friendly and helpful team at the reception can arrange any tour booking for you. Cleaning service is outstanding. Reasonable rate compare to others plus the apartments better than others. My favorite place to stay in Zurich. I will stay here again 100% during my next visit . I highly recommend this place .. thank you the team and management..

My wife and I stayed at this hotel and we were truly impressed. The location is fantastic, the rooms were spotless, and every day we found a little chocolate left for us such a nice touch. The reception service was excellent. A special thanks to Clarissa from the room service team she was extremely kind, spoke Italian as well, and gave us some great recommendations for Italian restaurants in the area. We will definitely come back to visit this hotel
