Mercure Zurich City

Ένα άκρως εντυπωσιακό ξενοδοχείο, λίγο έξω από το κέντρο της Ζυρίχης, αλλά σε κοντινή απόσταση σταθμών μέσων μαζικής μεταφοράς. Εύκολη πρόσβαση. Η εξυπηρέτηση από το ευγενικό προσωπικό υποδοχής επαγγελματική και άμεση, ακόμα και όταν πρέπει να διευθετήσουν τα γκρουπ που έρχονται. Ο μοντέρνος σχεδιασμός, οι καθαροί και μεγάλοι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι, η αίθουσα πρωινού, δείχνουν την ποιότητα που είναι ψηλά. Τα δωμάτια εντυπωσιακά, μοντέρνα και καθαρά. Διαμονή 5 αστέρων. Αξίζει η επιλογή για διανυκτέρευση, όμως μια μέρα δεν αρκεί

Albergo molto grande, tutto molto pulito, bellissima palestra con possibilità di sauna. Le camere sono ben insonorizzate, quindi la linea ferroviaria prospicente non da assolutamente fastidio. Colazione con molte scelte: pane fresco, croissant, marmellate, frutta, cereali, cibi salati, tutto a buffet. Circa 15/20 minuti dal centro.

Als regelmäßiger Gast ist mir folgendes aufgefallen: Man muss jetzt extra Bescheid sagen wenn das Zimmer/die Handtücher gemacht werden sollen. Hab ich nirgends wahrgenommen. Telefonisch war die Rezeption sehr schwer erreichbar. Bisher war auch immer Bademantel bei meinen Buchungen dabei. Unabhängig von Kategorie. Ansonsten wurde alles schnell gefixt und ich habe mich wohlgefühlt. Vielen Dank 🙂

Stylish, clean, and superbly located – highly recommended! Our stay at Mercure Zürich City was a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautifully designed with modern aesthetics and fresh interiors. Everything—from the lobby to the guest rooms—feels new, thoughtfully decorated, and extremely clean. It’s also very conveniently located: close to public transportation, which makes it easy to get around Zürich. There’s a supermarket and several restaurants just across the street, adding extra convenience to our stay. Overall, a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Zürich. We highly recommend this hotel for its great design, cleanliness, and perfect location.

The hotel is conveniently located just 15 minutes by tram from the main train station, with the nearest tram stop only a 2-minute walk away. Additionally, the Altstetten train station is situated right outside the hotel, offering excellent transport connections.||Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by the receptionist. Check-in was quick and efficient, and when I requested a room that didn’t get direct sunlight, the staff was very accommodating. I was assigned Room 4033, which turned out to be spacious, clean, and quiet, with a large window, an en suite bathroom, and a comfortable sofa. The bed was especially comfortable, and the room temperature was perfect — I slept very well throughout the night.||The bathroom was also impressively spacious and spotless, fully stocked with all the necessary toiletries.||Breakfast was satisfactory, offering a good selection of both English and continental options.||Overall, I was very pleased with my stay at the Mercure Zurich City and would gladly return.

酒店位罝方便，從Zurich HB搭 6分鐘火車，一出站行5分鐘直路便到， 火車班次頻密。房間乾淨整潔，冷氣充足，缺點是沒有雪櫃 、梳洗用品及拖鞋供應。但總括來說，千多元一晚的房價，在瑞士算是性價比十分高了！

On that evening, the hotels in Zürich were all extremely expensive. So I decided to stay slightly outside of the city in this Mercure so called "Zürich City", that is actually located in Altstetten. Furthermore, although the map gives the impression the Mercure is by Altstetten train station, there is actually a 5-7 minutes walk to get there.|Welcome was chaotic. The two reception clerks were nice and efficient. But at peak time, three would have been a minimum. Plus the Accor priority check-in desk for Gold and Diamond members was closed!|I was given a "Privilege Room", the best the hotel can offer, on the 4th floor, as it is actually the highest floor of the hotel (contrarily to what the picture of towers suggest)!|So best possible room... It was actually rather small, with no real external view (I was above the restaurant terrasse, with a direct view on the next room - no privacy then). So I could see outside of the hotel only looking right in front of the window, one you cannot open!|And there is no way to adapt the room temperature. It was freezing cold in the room all night! At least the bed was good. |So all in all:|- Far from Zürich City centre|- Small rooms with limited view|- Not really by the train station|Just avoid it.
